Movie capture software in Tiger?

I'm aware of the screen capture options and utilities in Tiger, but is there something that will grab a short movie I might find on a website (one without a download option)? I also have Quicktime Pro but it only seems to work with downloaded movies.

If not a part of Tiger, what inexpensive software would someone recommend.
